Southwest Speed Festival is proud to introduce our exclusive Open Wheel Rental Program, giving drivers of all experience levels the rare opportunity to get behind the wheel of two of motorsport's most exciting machines: the Rush SR and the F1000.

Whether you're a seasoned competitor looking to sharpen your edge on track, or a first-time driver chasing the thrill of a lifetime, our program is designed to put you in the seat and on the circuit with confidence.

No license is required for the 'experience' sessions.  Competition licenses required for all racing entries

The Cars

Rush SR — A purpose-built, high-performance formula car delivering a pure, connected driving experience. Responsive, quick, and approachable, the Rush SR is the ideal platform for drivers stepping into formula competition for the first time — or for veterans who demand precision without compromise.
F1000 — Lightweight, aggressive, and powered to perform, the F1000 is a machine that rewards commitment and skill. With its open-wheel formula design and razor-sharp handling, the F1000 offers a genuine racing experience that rivals professional-level machinery.

Two Ways to Participate

  • Racing Program — Compete against other drivers in structured, timed race events. Put your skills to the test in a real competitive format with class-specific racing on a closed circuit.  Starts at $5000 per weekend.
  • Experience Drives — Not ready to race? No problem. Our experience sessions let you explore the limits of these incredible cars at your own pace, guided by our professional team every step of the way. Starts at $1000 per day.

Full Race Support — We've Got You Covered

From the moment you arrive to the moment you cross the finish line, the Southwest Speed Festival team has you fully supported. Our full race support package includes:
  • Professional driver coaching and classroom instruction
  • Technical car preparation and mechanical support
  • Safety briefings and track orientation
  • Timing, data, and lap analysis
  • Safety Equipment rental available

You focus on driving. We handle everything else.

Deposits, cancellations, refunds, damages, and Liability for RACECAR RENTALS only.

Terms and Conditions
1.  Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 10% monthly finance charge.   
2. A 50% deposit is required prior to an event.  The deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event.  Payment in full is due 24 hours prior to event start.
3. Race Car Rentals require signed and completed rental agreement


Damages caused by improper operation of a racing vehicle, collision with another vehicle or object, will be the responsibility of the renter, and payment due within 30 days of reported incident. 

Motorsports is dangerous.  Operation of a racing vehicle is inherently not safe. The renter hereby release and discharge Southwest Speed and all involved parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in Automotive Rentals, including those caused by the negligence of the released parties.

Race Team Support

Have a team of 4 to 6 sedans (or 4-8 formula cars) in the Phoenix area and want to participate in an event together?  We offer full race support including transport, catering, data analysis, and trackside repairs.  Inquire within for pricing for your event.  

Terms and Conditions
